At The Shires
Flush with contemporary style
Impressive new toilet facilities were opened on the 28th July to mark the first stage of completion for the £18 million refurbishment work being carried out within the Shires.
The new toilets include larger cubicles for parents with pushchairs, dedicated mother-baby feeding rooms and baby changing facilities designed in a contemporary style. With high visibility lighting and no-touch taps and hand driers, the new toilets will provide a comfortable and safe environment for all Shires visitors.
The facilities were officially opened by general manager James Moore and Rebecca Jackson, a regular visitor to the shopping centre.
Auto Valet
The Shires offer a wash and wax facility with the Centre’s car park. The Auto Valet Wash and Wax service is available on level two of the car park.

Shopmobility
For visitors with a disability “Shopmobility” is situated on level two of our car park, near Debenhams. Motorised and manual wheelchairs are available. For further information telephone 253 2596. Leicester City Council and volunteer helpers operate the scheme.
